Here at Focus on the Family New Zealand we do our best to ensure that any items purchased from us are shipped to you in a timely and well packaged fashion.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are extra and will be added to the total cost of purchasing a product.
Where possible we will pack multiple items together to reduce the cost of postage.
Depending on the items being shipped, a track and trace number can usually be supplied to the purchaser upon request (the obvious exception being small items that are sent via NZ Post in the regular mail), and some items may have the option of faster delivery options, or a ‘signature required’ service upon request (please note: there may be an increased cost associated with these options if they are available.)
From time-to-time items can be lost or damaged in transit. If this happens, we will take responsibility for supplying you with the items you have purchased, and then pursuing the shipping agency for a refund of the original shipping costs, and reimbursement for the lost or damaged items.
Focus on the Family NZ cannot take responsibility for the security, or damage caused to any items after they have arrived at a specified delivery address.
